Research On Ecological Compensation Mechanism Of Key Ecological Function Areas In Xinjiang

Ecological environment is basic condition of human existence and development,and foundation of economic and social development. Key ecological function areas inXinjiang economy development of which are backward and ecological environmentof which are fragile, are special regions that affect national ecological security,economic security and comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development. Thecoupling of ecological sensitive areas, ethnic minority regions and poor areas of keyecological function areas in Xinjiang causes that it is hard to juggle both economicdevelopment and ecological protection. To accelerate the construction of ecologicalcompensation mechanism is the fundamental requirement of sustainable developmentof the key ecological function areas in Xinjiang, inner reflect construction ofecological civilization of Xinjiang, the reality significant problems to be solved duringthe twelfth five-year in Xinjiang.The purpose of this paper is to improve ecologicalcompensation mechanism of the key ecological function areas in Xinjiang, putforward necessary security measures of efficient operation of ecologicalcompensation mechanism of key ecological function areas in Xinjiang, constructefficient operation system of ecological compensation mechanism, build balancemechanism of interactive development of regional economy and ecology, realizeinteraction development of economic development and ecological environmentconstruction, promote regional coordination,sustainable and green development.Firstly, this article defines ecological compensation, ecological compensationmechanism, key ecological function areas, introduces relevant basic theories ofecological compensation mechanism, defines the scope of study that is xinjiangnational and regional key ecological function areas, identifies the key stakeholders forecological function areas, and game analyzes on the ecological stakeholders.
