When it comes to wild animal protection, we have to face a problem why we want to protect wildlife? We can say that doing so is for the need of human interests, and we can also say it is for wildlife itself. Different philosophical stance leads us to develop an entirely different public policy and law. In fact, when we try to answer this question, we compare and analyze what kind of ethics with moral legitimacy. Human behavior is not the behavior that is a purely biological sense, humans are social organic lives, and our behavior shows that what we judge is right or wrong. Not only do we live in a material world, but also live in a world full of moral constraints. There is a important relationship with environmental protection and wild animal protection, but I believe that this understanding may deny the essence of the issue. Wild animal protection in essence is an ethical issue, which do not need to satisfy some benefits or some more "good", otherwise, we will fall into the quagmire of utilitarianism. From an ethical point of view we need to rethink the answer and consider some important issues related with the protection of wild animal further.Various forms of non-human beings are not moral subjects, they can not bear the moral responsibility, and however, there is a relationship between human and non-human life forms. The so-called wild animal protection do not require human actively help wild animal, but let wild animal live freely. We should treat wildlife from an ethical point of view and give up those unethical behavior; on the other hand, the survival of human always conflicts with wild animal, we have to face two outstanding two problems:First, developed countries tend to build a strict natural protection system and the poor and indigenous peoples in developed countries require the use of local natural resources for their livelihoods; Second, the pursuit modernity need to develop economics at the expense of indigenous peoples’environmental interests, which violates human rights and damages environment. How to solve a series of contradictions around wild animal protection, the answer is that we still need to know the ethical relationship between the human and non-human life forms (wild animal). Wild animal protection is a complex issue involved iii a number of areas; this article only selects a number of important areas to analyze. In the first chapter, the author points out that in the field of wild animal protection, we should first abandon the anthropocentric shift to non-anthropocentrism. Second, we should select a right approach from non-anthropocentrism. Individualism and holism have two different approaches, the author has done a detailed analysis of the overall stance that we have taken in the wild animal protection issues, but this stand is just an initial position. In view of the complexity of the problem we can not apply this principle to all situations rigidly. In short, the protected species is the basic principle of holism, but at the same time we want to focus on the protection of individuals in some cases. In the second chapter, the author analyzes the status quo of modern wild animal protection law, points out that the law sees wild animal as property or objects, which is a product of the thinking of the "objective and subjective dichotomy". This thinking should be change. The author analyzes the evolution of the legal methodology and the impact on the impact of the traditional legal theory which postmodern jurisprudence has done. The author considers that wild animal should be given the quasi-legal personality qualification. In the third chapter, the author points out to protect species successfully; this issue depends on largely how to protect their habitats. The author analyzes the changes of concept about wildness. Then, the author think we should respect the intrinsic value of nature, on the other hand, we do not ignore the interests of the residents of the community. The author analyzes some problems in nature reserves in China, including the problems in the classification management system, funding mechanisms, and land tenure and so on.In the fourth chapter, the author links human rights protection with biodiversity conservation. In fact, the oppression and exploitation of nature and the oppression and exploitation of human are two aspects of a problem, in essence. The nation-state pursues modernity in the cost of the human rights of the indigenous peoples. The author makes a detailed analysis of some specific cases and concludes that modern countries are the main reason of the biodiversity destruction and human rights violations. Because of their social structure and cultural diversity, indigenous peoples’life is closely related to the protection of their environment. In the end, hunting peoples in modern society encounter a problem with wild animal protection. The author makes a preliminary analysis and believes that the problem is very complex, we have difficulties to find a simple, universally applicable solution, but in general, survivability of hunting rights as a basic human right should be affirmed by the law.The fifth chapter, the author analyzes the power of authorities in the management of wild animal protection, points out the legitimacy of power and its limitations, and then the author suggests that the protection of wild animal as a environmental issue in the region should focus on the self-governance of the community residents. In the end, when it comes to the future development trend of wildlife conservation to the conclusion part of this article, The author believes that the wild animal protection must be combined with the struggle for human rights, directed at the hierarchy of human society, to changes the political and economic system to achieve double liberation of humans and wild animal.
