Criticizing The Western Animal Protection Fundamentalism And Thinking Chinese Animal Protection Deeply

With the theory of western animal protection spreading in China, China has set off a wave of animal protection. Western animal protectionism is not only stimulate the prosperity of Chinese pet market but also led to the distortion of human nature. Many people use the western theory without thinking rationally,the love on pets is very extremely, it constitutes a challenge to the human right. The environmental problems, management problems and order problems which are made by pets can not be underestimated. There are a large number of cases about pet damaging the interpersonal relationship.The two animal protection legislation is full of controversy. This paper will describe the phenomenon of the Western Animal Protection and criticize its fundamentalism from the values. The Western animal protection theory put a negative influence on Chinese animal protection,the author try to explore from criticizing Chinese animal protection legislation ,pointing out Chinese animal protection is not rational and its conflict with legal regulation,analysis the human society's imbalance which caused by pet development.The ultimate purpose is putting forward natural animal protectionism, and constructing our own reasonable Animal Protection Law.
