In era of knowledge-driven economy , with the economic globalization and informatization ,the organization structure and the living environment of the organization has changed a lot. The flat tendency of organization structure and the increasing uncertainty of organization development have made staff's career development model change greatly.Which seriously impacts employee's career development. The new job-development model brings lots of changes in successful-standard and development-path and employer-employee relationship and psychological contract etc. The changes make the staff face more and more uncertainty and challenge,which aggravates the pressure of workers.At present,job development has become one of the main pressure sources that has influenced the staff to work. Excessive pressure on career development will not only do harm to staff's physical and mental health ,weaken the professional competitiveness of staff, but also reduce staff's efficiency and increase the organization's management costs, enabling organizations at a disadvantage in the competition. Therefore,how to alleviate the excessive job stress, maintain their stable work achievements, improve their work-life quality, raise the organization effect,which has been paid more and more attention to.Basing on literature search , with the guidance of the stress management's theories and profession career theories,the article analyses the pressure problem of the staff in each stage.Also the article analyses the press brought by the career development and devides the pressure into four dimensions: the pressure of career orientation and selection, pressure of career adaptation, pressure of career promotion and pressure of career stability. Next discusses the pressure sources of the four press and the impact.Then,the article proposes pressure solutions for the appropriate source.At last, put forwards some measures to help employee relieve press.
