The question of farmer's income is the core of"the Agriculture, Countryside and Farmers"question. AS the political and economic center and foreign exchange window of China, the economic and social background, the income source structure of farmer's income are very different from those in other areas in China. Studying on the farmers'income increment in Beijing's suburbs is very important to promote the continued income increase, to solve"three rural" problems, and the build a harmonious Beijing. At the same time, it is also important for other parts especially in the outskirts of large cities in China which can learn from theses experience. This paper empirically studied the condition and trend of the per capita net income of farmers in Beijing suburbs and it's source structure since adopting of the reform and open door policy, and that of income gap between residents of city and rural areas; then studied the main factors that affecting the farmer's income growth by correlation and multiple linear regression analysis. Aiming at these major factors, this paper quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed the employment structure of rural labor, rural investment and financing condition, land transfer, and technological support, which are the core of this paper. Furthermore, this paper studied the cases of different parts of Beijing with different conditions, and summarized some income-increasing modes. Some conclusions could be drawn are As follows:(1)According to the structure and the contribution rate of farmer's income, wage income ranked the first and household management income ranked the second. They were the main part. Property income had increased in recent years and became a new growth point.(2)According to quantitative analysis, the main affecting factors were the structure of rural labor, rural investment and financing condition, land transfer, and technological support, and so on.(3)The agriculture in Beijing Suburb had been rapid development and integrated with other industry. So farmer's income level had been raised. However, labor productivity in agriculture was still far lower than the second and third industries, and there were some labor force unemployed in Beijing suburbs. Moreover, the employment structure was not scientific and there were also many questions in labor transfer.(4)A diversified investment and financing system had been initially formed in Beijing suburbs which contained government, financial institutions, farmers, rural collective, but the total of financial support for agriculture were inadequate and there were many questions in the structure. Although the financial services in Beijing suburb had bettered than before, it couldn't meet with the farmer's and market demand.(5)Agricultural land transfer was more popular than other parts of our country, and there were some transfer models such as renting, offering, sharing by land, and so on. During land transferring, Village Collective Economy Organization Played an important role and promoted farmer's income increasing Obviously. However, there were many questions during the circulation process of agricultural land and construction land.(6) AS suburban areas, plain areas, the outer mountain in Beijing had different functions and different economic and social conditions, they should adopt different model to promote farmer's income increasing. The author had given the following advances. To promote farmer's income increasing, we should adhered to the principle of people-oriented, the principle of overall increase, the principle of Coodinative Development of urban and rural areas, the principle of sustainable growth, the principle of in market-oriented principles, the principle of suiting measures to local conditions, and so on.. The concrete measures were as follows. Firstly, in order to enhance the added value of agriculture and found a solid foundation of basic industries for promoting farmer's income increase, the integration of agriculture and other industries should be promoted. Secondly, We should Speed up the development of secondary and tertiary industries, and increase farmer training, and promote the effective transfer of rural labor force. Fourthly, We should strengthen financial support for agriculture and rural areas, and optimize the diversified, multi-level rural investment and financing system. Fouthly, we should improve the land resources allocation mechanism, speed up the transfer of rural land, and effectively protect the revenue and the rights of the farmers. Finally, scientific and technological support mechanisms should be bettered to enhance the contribution rate of rural science and technology. Maybe there were three innovative points in this paper. First of all, Using multiple linear regression model, the paper comprehensively analyzed the factors affecting farmer's income increase which were in production, distribution, exchange, consumption, then identify major constraints.Secondly, this paper studied on the impact of industry integration to farmer's income increase theoretically and empirically. Finally, This paper analyzed the long-term and short-term impact of per capita rural loans for farmer's income increase by using ECM model and pairwise granger causality tests, and found out the main factors affecting the agricultural land transfer by using survey data about farmers and the linear regression model including dummy variables.
