The Research On Changing Of Farmer Income Restructure Of Mingshui Country

Increasing farmers income is an important part of rural economic development, rural prosperity depends on not only the construction of beautiful countryside, steady increase of farmers income is more important. The situation of agriculture economic has changed a lot in the new age, the income structure of peasants has changed, so solving the problems of restricting agricultural income and optimizing the structure of farmers’ income are the most effective methods.The paper based on statistics data the farmers’ income of MingShui county, propose the counter-measures of optimizing the structure of farmers income by analyzing the factors of restricting agricultural income.Firstly, check out the relevant literature of MingShui county annals, understanding basic natural resources of MingShui country and the development of agriculture, the rural economy and farmers’ income after the introduction of the household contract responsibility system in MingShui country. Determine the main purpose of this study is optimizing the structure of farmers income and how to increase farmers’ income.Secondly, by comparing the data in recent years involving farmers’ income of MingShui country national statistics, analysis farmers’ income and changes,we find the proportion of household production income is maximum,the proportion of salary income is increasing and unstable,the proportion of transfer income and property income is smaller. Use of comparative analysis to analysis the income contribution rate change of farmers income,we find the household production income is still the main source of farmers income,the salary income is gradually improving with fast laborer divert,the contribution of transfer income and property income is also small and the sources is relatively fixed. By inductive analysis, we find the restriction factors of affecting each farmers income in macroeconomic situation and agricultural policy and agricultural production conditions and agricultural marketing and rural labor transfer. we also raise the problem in this paper.Lastly, the paper use normative analysis to make constructive suggestions by drawing lessons from good idea of optimizing agricultural structure in other parts of the country to increase the farmers income and guarantee suggestions feasibility. The main countermeasures include sure the macroeconomic situation, play a role in promoting of excellent agricultural policy for agricultural development, increase the intensity of the rural labor transfer, improve conditions for agricultural production and rural living standards, accelerate market circulation of agricultural products, improve agricultural security system, etc.
