Since creative industry has been presented officially in 90's last century, creative industry has gone up at a rate of 8.9% annually. By finding the cultural trait of one country, and building creative industry which has its own regional features, has become the most remarkable trend in the world. In the past ten years of creative industry flourishing, the research on labor and labor value theories have undergone or been undergoing a low ebb after the argument on value source and productive labor since the middle of 90's. In the domestic and foreign academic circles on Marxism economy especially on "Das Kapital", have both lucid evaluation and spiteful attack. The centre of attraction of these opinions is the antiquated theories of "Das Kapital". A telling retort is to pull Marxism economics, with the basis of labor theory into reality, in order to explain the economic phenomena through the Marxism economics. Far more important, our country has its own Chinese characteristic; it is branded with certain peculiarity comparing with Contemporary Developed Capitalist Countries. As a result, the reality in which Marxism economics will be pulled includes both contemporary market economy and Chinese-type socialist market economy. Only in this way can respond the calling of building Marxism political economy with Chinese Characteristics.Under such reality and theory background, this thesis focused on building a creative labor theory system with the core concept of creative labor. This theory system is guided by the logic of "labor-value-distribution" gradually, as follows: on the basis of defining creative labor and dealing with coherent issues, this thesis divided the generalized creative labor into concentric circle centered on the inner region of creative labor. Moreover, in the Marxism productive labor system, which had been developed, this thesis thoroughly studied the productive labor attribute of different kinds of labor. Then, this paper focused on two different types of products that were made by creative labor in the socialist productive labor system, and then built a value-determined theoretical model based on the Intellectual property. After that, a commercialized creative labor value composition model based on Marxism composition of value theory was founded. In this part, paper specializing in the particularity of creative product developed the Marxism value-composition theory. In the part of the allocation, this paper put forward a binary allocation principle, which combined the allocation of factor of production and the allocation of labor together, and proved the soundness of the binary allocation principle.On the whole, this thesis built a creative labor theoretical system based on Marxism labor theory and labor value theory preliminarily. Because of narrowing the research angle, this paper did not pay much attention to other types of creative labors, which also played an important role in the creative industry. That was the uncompleted part of this paper. The writerwill study the generalized creative labor in the future.
