Research On Youth Initial Employment In China

The purpose of this dissertation is to analyze and discuss the youth initial employment of graduates from junior high school to university, demonstrate the challenges and dilemma,and further to discuss solutions to important incentive problems in which threaten their employment.The issue of Youth Employment is attached importance to by government in the world. The nonage is the beginning for a person to enter the society and the labor market. The youth, be lack of experience, often faces many of difficult because they are juvenility, empower.If we research youth employment in round numbers, we can't find the reason and measures for youth unemployment. The youth graduated from different grades enter into the labor market in town on different administrative levels. The object of this article is the youth human resource includes graduates from university, altitude vocational education, secondary education, and youth in country who obtain employment by transferring into the town. Along with the route of "all-cent-all", the thesis analyses the employment status of the collectivity of youth and different kinds of graduates. Different kinds of graduates fall across different troubles. We can solve the problem of youth unemployment in system. The author brought forward two pieces of advice: 1. Reform the configuration of education investment. 2. Consummate the system of youth labor market.Education affects the status of youth initial employment importantly. There are two extrusive problems in the initial employment of youth. First of all, supply of secondary education falls short of demand, but the employment quality is errand. Secondly, supply of altitude vocational education exceeds demand excessively. Graduates of undergraduate course face few difficult in labor market. If we can't make it clear that why the youth is unemployed and which people is the main colony, we'll not solve the problem and make it worse.We can't look on the youth unemployment in isolated point, or queried the youth's concept of employment blindly. In China, one of the extrusive antinomy is the conflict between the planned system of education and the marketability of labor market. The structure conflict is more graveness than the gross conflict in the youth employment. The key method is to advance the using efficiency for education resource and enhance the youth human capital.
