| The century we are facing is a century for education essentially. During this century, the economy kownledge will become the strong point of social economic development model and the economic science and technology of the countries all over the world and competition strength of the comprehensive national will be aggravated day by day. This kind of competition is the talent and the competition of intelligence, that is, the competition of education after all. As a accounting discipline closely linked with socio-economic development is facing new challenges. In order to meet this kind of challenge, as the accounting professorship education in higher education, it should analyze and recognize from accounting demand for talent change, quality-oriented education, reasonable demand of knowledge structure of accounting personnels. The goal for professional education in higher education is to meet the talent demand for sociaty through personnel training. But two extremes appeared in the accounting talent demand in China at present,one side is supply exceeds demand for talents, another aspect is talent is in short supply. The main reason lies in the imbalance between the students under accountant education and the demand of market for accounting talent and what the students learnt in school can not be put into use in practices. With the conflict between supply and demand in accounting talent market, in the basis of the market research on professional accounting education and the talent demand in small enterprises in Hunan province, this article analyzes the problems in vocational accounting education.And conbined with the employment enviroment for accounting graduates, with the successful experience of accounting education abroad, this article studys the docking problem between accounting vocational education and employment environment. And the author put forward a stratege of taking employment as the direction and improving counting professional professorship education, that is, setting up a reasonable ,sciantific and practical training target for high professional education. And the course system of accounting profession, teaching content and teaching methods should suit with this target, so as to improve the students'profession quality and integration capability and realize a"zero-distance"between school education and job positions. |
