| The current youth employment situation is grim in Shanghai. The "2030" employment has become a widespread concern about a hot issue, especially recently, the international financial crisis on China's macroeconomic situation and have a negative impact on employment, which make the employment problems of young people become more obvious.Employment is the basis of the youth's survival and development. Unemployment make them hardly participate fully in social life,deal with setbacks and get healthy growth, all which is easy to lead to a wide range of social problems. Is financial tsunami the only reason causing the Shanghai youth employment problem? Obviously, it is not that simple. The problem of youth employment in Shanghai has a long history. Youth employment is a success in a variety of factors decision. Only blame the financial crisis-ray and neglect the real reason is helpless to solve the problem.This thesis starts from the current employment situation of young people in Shanghai, with the exception of macro-economic environment, the employment situation, but also through a questionnaire survey methods such as face-to-face interviews with an analysis of the impact of focus on youth employment in the three elements of capacity, thereby addressing the issue of youth employment strategies and recommendations.This article is divided into four parts.
