A Study On The Realization Mechanism Of Independent Innovation For Our Country's Pharmaceutical Enterprises Based On Innovative Route

The realization mechanism of independent innovation has become a key problem for our country's enterprises to realize independent innovation, while the realization mechanism of innovation in different industries show different features because of different innovative routes. Based on the recognition, the dissertation studies the realization mechanism of independent innovation for our country's pharmaceutical enterprises based on innovative route to widen the study field of innovative mechanism. This dissertation mainly includes some contents as follows.Firstly, the dissertation reviews the basic state of the study on independent innovation theory, route and mechanism.Secondly, the dissertation discusses systematically the problems of the independent innovation route for our country's pharmaceutical enterprises. The problems mainly include: the meaning, the model, the content and the feature of the independent innovation route for pharmaceutical enterprises; the independent innovation kind, the independent innovation route dependence and route innovation of our country's pharmaceutical enterprises. It raises new viewpoints of the meaning of the independent innovation route for pharmaceutical enterprises, concludes systematically the feature of the independent innovation route for pharmaceutical enterprises and constructs systematically the model of the independent innovation route for pharmaceutical enterprises.Thirdly, the dissertation discusses the difference and relation between innovative route and innovative mechanism as well as the construction of innovative route and innovative realization mechanism; discusses independent innovation power mechanism, capability mechanism and guarantee mechanism for our country's pharmaceutical enterprises and constructs the corresponding model; constructs the realization mechanism model of independent innovation for our country's pharmaceutical enterprises on the basis of the above-mentioned work.Fourthly, the dissertation evaluates the realization mechanism of independent innovation for our country's pharmaceutical enterprises by fuzzy appraisal and coordination appraisal. By fuzzy appraisal, it further distinguishes the key factors in the realization mechanism of independent innovation. By coordination appraisal, it further distinguishes the coordination condition of the various factors, the subs mechanism and the overall mechanism in the realization mechanism. Fuzzy appraisal makes the weight measurement mainly according to the appraisal values of the various factors in the realization mechanism by experts. Coordination appraisal does the solution of sequence degree and coordination degree mainly according to the objective data and the relative personnel's objective appraisal value to qualitative indexes.Fifthly, by the case research on the realization mechanism of independent innovation to Shi jia-zhuang pharmaceutical group and Huabei pharmaceutical group, it makes further enrichment to the viewpoints in the dissertation and further examination to the appraisal results. On this foundation, it puts forward the corresponding proposals.
