From the later of 1970's and the beginning of 1980' s to now, the enterprise culture has been changed into the important constituent of management theory and management method by the academic circles and the superintendent. On abroad, enterprise culture is studied in a way that theoretical study together with applied study, qualitative study together with quantitative study. And the study is quite fruited. Compared with that, the study on enterprise culture is rare in China, especially, the study seriously lagged behind the practice of enterprise culture in China.Though the basic theories of enterprise culture have been deeply researched by domestic and overseas scholars now, the estimate of enterprise culture has got little research and still locates in the infancy of qualitative analysis. At the same time, some scholars devote their exports to the quantitative investigation. In the quantitative investigation aspect, they mainly applied themselves to the classification of the enterprise culture appraisal essential, establishing the relevant appraisal system and carrying on quantitative evaluation by utilization fuzzy comprehensive estimation and gray evaluation model and so on. But up to now, they still have not a perfect method to appraisal the enterprise culture by qualitative study together with quantitative study. So the research of the estimate of corporation cultures should be put an important place during the further research of enterprise culture. The enterprise culture construction and appraisal will be discussed in the following text. This dissertation explores to the enterprise culture appraisal question, and I hope to have some good effect to the enterprise culture appraisal.The first part, the dissertation introduces the significance of selecting the topic firstly, then introduces domestic and overseas complexity of the basic theories of enterprise culture, and then irtroduce.;the research methods and creations.In the second part, there' s an pectination on enterprise culture theory, Through the pectination to all these definitions, this dissertation give a new definition that enterprise culture has a vivid systematicness and can be divided into four facets: 1. spirit facet, 2. system facet, 3. Material facet, 4. Behavior level.The third part of this dissertation introduces the appraisal method of enterprise culture — fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and expatiates how to utilize the method.The fourth part of this dissertation constructs the enterprise culture appraisal model. And the appraisal index system of enterprise culture is the key point. The appraisal index system includes four dimensions, twelve middle layers indexes and thirty-one basic layers indexs. The thirty-one basic layers indexes can be classified into twenty-nine qualitative indexes and two quantitative indexes and adopted different evaluation methods to constituting the appraisal index system of enterprise culture. The weight of appraisal of enterprise culture is decided according to the AHP method.Finally the specific application of appraisal model of enterprise culture will be illustrated with YUNNAN WENSHAN ELECTRIC POWER CO., LTD, as an appraisal object.
