Therefore, this paper point out that the highway construction enterprise credit appraisal is the foundation and key of highway construction market credit construction after studying thoroughly the background of how highway construction enterprise breaks a promise, the present situation and corresponding reasons, and it has become a problem which needs to be solved thoroughly.This article profits from the domestic and foreign credit research theory and method, combines the actual situation of our country's enterprise credit appraisal, establishes the construction enterprise credit appraisal target system and the appraisal model which suite our country national condition by carrying on the analysis, the research and the confirmation of construction enterprise credit and by doing some attempt endeavor.
