Enterprises must inject new, scientific, practical, workable stronger, and more competitive management theory and methods from management consulting firms to make an advantageous position in competition.So, management consulting industry has emerged with the growing demand of management consulting service.Management consulting industry is a special industry that organic integration with management theories, management techniques and management practices. The product of management consulting firms is knowledge, their service essence is the process of knowledge transfer and integration.However, the present study on the knowledge transfer and integration of management consulting service is still at an early stage. There are some further in-depth study about the knowledge transfer and integration mode and performance evaluation of management consulting service, by in-depth study and experience of the related literature, although domestic and foreign scholars in this fields have been some research results.Therefore, the study on the knowledge transfer and integration mode of management consulting service is regarded as a starting point in this paper. The author starts this study systematic and gradual with the theory and the method of relevant disciplines. This study mainly divided into theoretical research, knowledge transfer mode research, knowledge integration model research and performance evaluation.The paper focuses on the theories of Knowledge Transfer and Knowledge Integration Mode of Management Consulting Service,summing up and sorting them.On this base, the author designed a conceptual model of knowledge transfer and integration of management consulting service from the perspective of the process of management consulting service. It is the knowledge flow among the content, operations and knowledge value. Its result is improved performance and increased knowledge stock. the author researched the knowledge definition and classification of management consulting service on the basis of knowledge definition and classification. In this paper, the knowledge is divided into explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge borrowing Nonaka's classification. In order to pave an appropriate way below,it is defined the concept of knowledge flow,knowledge stock,knowledge transfer and knowledge integration of management consulting service,comprehensive the concepts and features of knowledge flow and knowledge stock,the meaning and types of knowledge transfer and knowledge integration. Then the author has conceived an general simplified model and dynamic model of management consulting service.The study of knowledge transfer mode of management consulting services is one core of this paper, it focuses on the knowledge transfer model of management consulting services.First, from the knowledge operating characteristics of consulting service, knowledge needs of consulting service recipient, knowledge potential difference between the two sides as well as the uneven distribution and viscous of knowledge, the reason of knowledge transfer was researched. And from the perspective of consulting service recipient , the value of knowledge transfer was studied. Second, the knowledge transfer characteristics were studied and the knowledge flow was defined, in close connection with the characteristics of management consulting service. The carrier of knowledge flow was divided into text carrier,object carrier,personnel carrier and electronic carrier. Based on tacit degree of the knowledge, the knowledge of management consulting service was divided into systematic explicit knowledge, discrete explicit knowledge, personal tacit knowledge and organization tacit knowledge. Third, knowledge transfer mechanism was analyzed from transfer reason and knowledge characteristics, drive type and level of abstract. And based on the characteristics of management consulting services, the knowledge transfer process was divided into five phases. On this basis, knowledge transfer overall model was established. SECIDP model was contained in this model. Four, internal knowledge transfer model of the two sides of management consulting service, knowledge transfer model as well as the feedback model between the two sides were constructed.Knowledge Integration effect is an important factor that decides the effect of management consulting service. This part is concentrated mainly in the following aspects: First, based on the study on the knowledge integration features and functions of management consulting service, the author researched the main content of knowledge integration. It cover the integration of personal knowledge and organizational knowledge, the integration of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, the integration of original knowledge and new knowledge, the integration of internal knowledge and external knowledge. Second, knowledge integration model of management consulting service was depicted. This model was consisted by three parts: the knowledge integration model, knowledge integration platform and infrastructure protection. Infrastructure protection is the external security conditions of knowledge integration, including organizational culture, organizational structure and knowledge technologies. Knowledge integration platform is the process of knowledge integration, including knowledge conflict, knowledge mining, knowledge coordinate and knowledge amalgamation. Sequence mode, splicing mode and complex interaction mode were included in knowledge integration mode. Third, the author thought knowledge integration, organizational learning, knowledge innovation, knowledge sharing and knowledge stock is linkage and synergies. Organizational learning and knowledge sharing is the two mechanisms of knowledge integration. Knowledge Innovation is a higher form of knowledge integration. Knowledge stock is of the results and the prerequisite of knowledge integration. The author constructed model of knowledge integration technology, cultural system, flexible organizational structure, learning organization, knowledge-sharing mathematics model and enterprise knowledge innovation dynamic model with Four-dimensional based on Porter's five forces model. Four, the author analyzed the influencing factors of enterprise knowledge stock and the increasing way from the perspective of F-I-L-T and H-S-C.Base on the above all, the knowledge transfer and knowledge integration effect of management consulting services is analyzed from the perspective of knowledge stock and comprehensive effect. First of all, the performance evaluation of knowledge transfer and integration of management consulting service was studied from the perspective of knowledge stock. The author chose the corresponding evaluation index system and the evaluation method. The index system was posed by the 12 indicators. The evaluation method is gray relational methods. Secondly, the author constructed the comprehensive evaluation index system of knowledge transfer and integration by 26 indicators. The weight of each index was identified by AHP method, and the fuzzy mathematics was selected as evaluation method. Finally, A company and Y consulting firm were selected as demonstration targets. The knowledge transfer process, knowledge flow, knowledge integration methods were studied successively. And the performance of knowledge transfer and integration that have happened between A company and Y consulting firm was evaluated from knowledge stock perspective and comprehensive perspective separately.In summary, this paper followed "basic analysis-theory research-practice application-demonstration study" research way, deeply discussed knowledge transfer and integration mode of management consulting service, and demonstrated the feasibility of the theories and practical analysis mentioned above by demonstration study method.
