The21st century is the era of knowledge economy, knowledge is the most important organizational assets of the assets, it is the organization to achieve competitive advantage of important strategic assets. In the globalization era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the key to promoting the development of society, but also the core elements of enterprise production elements of the source, effective knowledge transfer to the organization performance ascension has very important significance. This study explored the knowledge transfer and social relations, as well as the knowledge socialization and the relationship between organizational performance, and the knowledge society in the knowledge transfer and organizational performance the mediating effect of.Knowledge transfer is refers to the knowledge communication and absorption, knowledge socialization is the enterprise face the customer’s knowledge transfer, and organizational performance is to measure the effect of knowledge transfer. This paper mainly from the perspective of knowledge socialization, knowledge transfer and organizational performance relationship, theoretical reviews methods, in many domestic and foreign scholars on the basis of this study, the three concepts of knowledge transfer, knowledge socialization and organizational performance connotation and dimensions are defined, on the basis of this from the theoretical aspect of the relationship between the three is analyzed, and then put forward a hypothesis model building. On the basis of theoretical analysis, through empirical research method the obtained data and use the SPSS software to the theoretical model for statistical analysis and inspection. AMOS software using path analysis and establish a structural equation model to verify the research hypothesis is put forward. The results show that the socialization of knowledge in knowledge transfer and organizational performance plays a mediating role between that knowledge transfer on the one hand can directly affect the organization performance of enterprises, on the other hand, through the influence enterprise knowledge socialization indirectly affects enterprise performance. According to the conclusion of the study, from the angle of management science, and puts forward the optimization of enterprise organization structure, harmonious enterprise knowledge transfer mode, balance the two knowledge socialization process, update and advanced management tools, to create a favorable internal and external environment and establish a highly efficient management and so on six management suggestions.The innovation of this study is to study from the perspective of knowledge socialization, through the theory and empirical research method of combining, the knowledge transfer and organizational performance are studied, and test the knowledge socialization in between the intermediary role, according to the conclusion we proposed management recommendations, and provide a theoretical reference for enterprise management.
