During the past more than 50 years, the collective enterprises of China has always been in a awkward position, compared with state-owned enterprises, collective enterprises have more complex property rights, which make operating efficiency of these enterprises are also very poor. Collective enterprises, in order to change the status quo, need for reform of property rights system, which will clearly define the main property rights body. The reform of property rights system is the impact of social and economic. The main job of collective enterprises' property rights reform is to look into the problem, learn from the advanced experience at home and abroad, and find out well-done measures in line with China's national conditions. Reform program of collective enterprises will promote healthy and orderly development of economic.The dissertation includes eight chapters:Chapter I introduction to the study purpose and meaning, content and methodology. And from property rights theory, the classifications of property ownership and property rights of collective enterprises have carried out literature studies.Chapter II is basic theoretical research. Major study in the New Institutional Economics Theory which includes transaction costs theory and principal-agent theory, and in the theory of corporate governance structure and incentive and restraint theory, laid for the further analysis of a theoretical foundation.Chapter III, the part, which from both domestic and foreign enterprises on the property right reform, makes a concrete analysis of Russia, the United Kingdom, South Korea and China's collective (or state) enterprise. In view of the status of Chinese property rights system, choosing enterprise management which real controls the property rights and workers, carrying out Game Theory Analysis, and basing on Dynamic Game, identifying how to define property rights.Chapter IV is about China's collective enterprise reform of the property right system design, including the principles of property rights reform, proceeding from the principle of collective enterprises in solving the difficult problems that exist, and by using the life cycle theory to choose the path of reform, proposing the solutions to the property right system reform of China's collective enterprise.Chapter V analyzes the three main modes of collective enterprise restructuring, which includes cooperation system, joint-stock cooperative system, and shardholding system, choosing the most suitable mode of collective enterprise reform.Chapter VI, with traditional financial evaluation system and the prevalent strategy evaluation system, constructs the performance evaluation system, and selecting China's power industry as a case study, to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the performance of its property rights reform.Chapter VII is a case of Wuling limited liability Company, to analyze its key reform of property rights, design the content of its property rights system reform.Chapter VIII is the summary and research prospects.
