The lagging property rights system has been unable to adapt the needs of social development. Through reform to perfecting the system of collective forestland property rights has become an urgent task.Collective forestland property rights system determines the development of forestry in rural areas and farmers livelihood stability. In our country, there are some conflicts in current collective forestland property rights system.
