Study On Development Of Industry Clusters Based On Knowledge Management

Recently, the world economy has been quietly transformed from the industry economy time to the knowledge economy time. We may say that the knowledge economy summarized the new characteristics and the development tendency of the world economy. The effective knowledge management innovation method causes knowledge to become the first propelling force of economy. And it impels the enterprises to grow continually, which brings them to succeed in the intense market competition. Therefore, as one of the unique but also infinite resource, the knowledge has already become the core essential factor of the economic development. Moreover, looks over the new world economy, especially the European and American economic development histories, we may discover that the Industry Clusters has played the extremely vital role to the development of their economy.This paper focus on the topic which is the industry clusters based on knowledge management. The research has been discussed in this paper on basis of many experts and scholars who has put forward many important theories. The author placed emphasis on the two issues, including the innovation of knowledge management and that of industry clusters. After summarized massive domestic and foreign related industry clusters and knowledge management literature, the author proposed the goal of this research paper, the main research content as well as the methods and technique route of this paper. There are six aspects as the main research content in the paper.This paper carried on the thorough analysis to the current domestic and foreign industry clusters and the knowledge management research. Then the basic theory of industry clusters was proposed, and the elementary theory of industry clusters based on knowledge management was put forward in this paper. In order to provide theory foundation for the relationship research of industry clusters and economic development, the author defined the modern industry clusters base on knowledge management, and proposed six characteristics of modern industry clusters. The paper analyzed the present situation of industry clusters and knowledge management in our country. Based on these above, the paper put forward five characteristics of enterprises knowledge management in the industry clusters. Further more, the four goals and five establishment principles of enterprises knowledge management system in the industry clusters were proposed. As one of the innovations in this paper, four functions of enterprises knowledge management system in the industry clusters has been proposed.The core content of knowledge management in modern industry clusters is knowledge sharing. There are two aspects of driving forces from inside and outside to cause the different enterprises to share their knowledge in an industry clusters. And there are four processes to implement the knowledge sharing strategy alliance. The paper stressed the research of enterprises knowledge alliance in industry clusters based on dynamic game theory. There are different influence on the product demand curve, the enterprises unit cost, the product price and the enterprises profit so on. The paper defined the competitiveness of industry clusters based on knowledge management. And the forming process and the evaluation method of competitiveness have also been proposed. After the evaluation method namely fuzzy synthesis evaluation was introduced in paper, the author established the competitiveness evaluation model and the index system.In order to carry out the knowledge management in the industry clusters, the author suggests that we should carry out knowledge management from managers to employee and from inside to outside. There are four principles of implementation and five stages to carry out the knowledge management. It is important to solve the security problem including seven advices when the enterprises carry out knowledge sharing or knowledge management.When we develop the industry clusters economy in our country, the government should play their correct role and perform their function, the guild should make the enterprises in the same industry clusters keep good relation. The enterprises in the industry clusters certainly would play more vital roles whenever the clusters are in the stages of beginning, developing, autumn or winter. Therefore, all of the three principal parts should perform their own function. In this paper, the author proposed that developing industry clusters based on knowledge management is a good way to implement the western area development in China. Therefore, the paper discussed the influence on the western area competitiveness from the developing the industry clusters. And several suggestions and countermeasure were given to develop industry clusters in western area in this paper.This paper about the industry clusters based on knowledge management is a good innovation about the theory of both industry clusters and knowledge management. And it also developed these theories. Moreover, the theory of modern industry clusters has been put forward in this paper will be of great benefit to the enterprises core competitiveness enhancement, and will certainly be of profound theory and practical significance to the region economic development in our country.
