Research On Game Of Knowledge Spillovers Between Enterprises In Industry Clusters

Industrial clusters as a global economic phenomenon, has become an important model of economic development, promoting regional economic development and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. Knowledge as a sustainable competitive advantage and an important source of high yield has gradually become a strategic resource of clusters enterprises; the advantage theory of knowledge gradually is valued by academic, and become the mainstream of the field of knowledge spillover between clusters enterprises. Knowledge spillovers between cluster enterprises can achieve the complementary knowledge resources; improve the efficiency of knowledge creation and use; reduce the risk and uncertainty of knowledge innovation. However, due to various factors, the mechanism of knowledge spillovers between clusters enterprises is not clear enough. Therefore, it is necessary to research on knowledge spillovers among enterprises in industry clusters.This paper studies knowledge spillovers among organizations in supply chain network. The main work of this article is summarized as follows:(1)By analyzing the research background identify this article research questions. And the content and classification of knowledge spillovers, knowledge spillovers game, the content and classification of industrial clusters, knowledge spillovers in industrial clusters and other aspects of researches are reviewed. Based on this review the main research purpose of this article as well as its research target, content, method and idea has been made clear of.(2) On summarizing the determinants of knowledge spillovers, taking the special background of industrial clusters into accounts, the determinants of knowledge spillovers between industrial clusters enterprises have been defined from knowledge characteristics, knowledge spillover and recipient characteristics, technology distance and recognize gap, environment.(3) Through research on determinants and the causes of knowledge spillovers, processes and modes of knowledge spillovers between clusters enterprises are proposed. (4) Based on the above knowledge spillovers modes between enterprises, a Stackelberg game mode is built between clusters enterprises knowledge spillovers in master-slave mode; an evolutionary game model is built between clusters enterprises knowledge spillovers in equality mode, and analyze the processes and result of game.(5) By analyzing the two game models, define the game process and equilibrium strategy between enterprise knowledge spillovers under different types of industrial clusters, the influence of variables to game equilibrium are analyzed. Some advice on promoting is given.
