Endogenous Knowledge Spillovers. Industrial Clusters Enhance Cluster Competitiveness Of Enterprises

In recent years,the subject of knowledge spillovers in industrial clusters has been studied much.But most researches on this consider spillovers as exogenous, and pay little attention to the enterprises inclusters. Actually, exdogenous knowledge spillovers also exist in the clusters. And through controling the extent of spillovers, enterprises not only promote themselves' competitiveness, but also influence the whole clusters' competitiveness. Owing to this,this paper studies the exdogenous spillovers' influence on enterprises competitiveness in clusters through the view of enterprises.To begin with, this paper elaborates some concepts of exdogenous knowledge spillovers, and analyzes their influence on the theory view, then separately constructs two game models according to the two channels of exdogenous spillovers. On the one hand, this paper researches the effect process of R&D spillovers' influence on enterprises competitiveness. On the other hand, it studies the issue of the entrepreneurs' voluntary spillovers recuring to a new way of labor market, and discusses the relationship of the entrepreneurs' voluntary spillovers and the knowledge labor mobility. Finally, this paper chooses Beijing Zhongguancun Science Park as an example, analyzing knowledge spillovers' influence on it.As a result, it shows that exdogenous knowledge spillovers is a useful approach to increase enterprise's knowledge stocks, and to improve creativity and product competitiveness. At the same time, it also can decrease the costs of labour force, and is an effective way for enterprises to compete in the labor market.
