Technologic innovation (TI) is becoming an important factor that contributes the chances to participate and obtain advantages in competition to enterprises. However, as sources of TI go more and more uncertain, environment and organization forms that can support TI is changing, and TI itself is a two-dilemma problem, the importance of managing TI increases day by day. Cluster, which can provide firms a open circumstance in TI, is now considered as the best environment to carry out TI. It has significance for cluster in China and TI development of firms to manage TI in cluster environment.Mature development of cluster facilitates firms to construct supply chains to cooperate. First, with introduction of the implicit of cluster, this thesis presents the conception of supply chain in clusters (SCC). Based on this, we analyze the two-dimension relationship structure that consists of the zone relationship constrained by space and the contract relationship that is supported by trust, which firms in SCC face with. And then the open features shaped in this kind of relationship environment and the advantages obtained from it are stated. Following this, we explore the mechanism that drives firms to carry out TI in the evolving process of SCC, which discovers the certain relation between SCC and TI in firms. Second, Based on Hippel's study of functional source of TI, we analyze the distributed functional division of work in TI in SCC firms, and explain and clarify the possibility and certainty of cooperation and co-participation in TI in SCC firms. And more, based on the necessity of distinguish the behaviors and the processes of TI, we identify and classify the behaviors and processes of TI in SCC firms, and analyze possible inefficiency problem in the behaviors and processes of TI in SCC firms together with exploring the psychological contract, resource rent and institutional lacuna sources in efficiency in TI in SCC firms. Third, we establish the coordination conception framework (CCF) to manage the behaviors and processes of TI in SCC firms, and carefully explain the framework features, rule assumptions and framework structure. And then we model CCF, including putting forward the structure of coordination rules, establishing the measure standard and constructing the model of CCF. Based on our conclusion from the study of literature, we put forward assumptions for the coordination rules that support CCF model, and more particular theoretic assumptions for the coordination rules. According to the model, we design the questionnaire for the positive analysis of the CCF, and obtain the data by using the random sample method. We describe the sample, and test the faith and the effect of the data from the sample so that the validity of the questionnaire can be testified. Then, the factor analysis of sample data has been made, and some variable factors are provided for the analysis. Through curve fitness and multiple linear regression analysis of each factor relative to the behavior efficiency and the process efficiency of TI in SCC firms, we verify the coordination ability of each coordination rule to TI behavior efficiency and process efficiency, and get the key factors that impact on the behavior efficiency and process efficiency.The study conclusions show that curve fitness validates the coordination situation of single factor and multiple linear regression considers multiple the coordination situation of multiple factors, which complement and explain each other. Under the condition of multiple coordination rules, the rules that can change the behavior efficiency and process efficiency of TI in SCC firms are those that relates to the TI strategy, culture rigidity, structure flow and regulations of the SCC firms. Different from the result of CCF to coordinate the behavior efficiency, the six categories of rules in our CCF all have good coordination ability for TI process in SCC firms.
