| Supply chain is the basic unit in the competition of modern manufacturing industry. Only within the cooperation of enterprises in supply chain can lead to a reduction of cost, further the products can establish a place in the market. But the goals of enterprises in a same supply chain differ from each other. It is a difficult problem in supply chain management to find out a trade-off in the supply chain between overall goal of supply chain and goals of enterprises to achieve a well cooperation. In the actual production process of supply chain, power outages, equipment downtime, rush order, equipment maintenance and weather will affect the normal operation of supply chain, which are a test of coordination ability between enterprises in supply chain. The ability of disruption management is related to the speed of response to market. A rapid response to customer demand can win more orders.The most simple supply chain is composed of two enterprises, which is the basis of research on supply chains. It plays an important role in supply chain management. According to the production characteristics of casting assembly type producers in supply chain system. In order to solve disruption like machine halting of casting producer, a coordination model is established. For this coordination mechanism, a rescheduling disruption management model for no wait flow shop assembly type enterprise is established. It is proved that SPT rule applies to the objectives of minimize the maximum completion time and minimize total tardiness in the no wait flow shop assembly reschedule disruption management problem. An algorithm HDQPSO is proposed, and a comparison is established by seven indexes of ideal target dynamic programming algorithm with IM-MOGLS algorithm in solving the problem of multi-objective disruption management. The numerical experiment shows that the HDQPSO algorithm proposed in this paper is more close to the Pareto front non-dominated solutions.According to the supply chain disturbance caused by supplier, a cash compensation coordination mechanism is proposed. By rescheduling we get the best plan under disruption in each enterprise. And only delivery time and fine are exchanged between enterprises for coordination. In this way the coordination of supply chain disruption management realized. A numerical example is presented in this paper, which proves the coordination mechanism can solve disruption by consulting between different enterprises in the supply chain based on limited information interaction. The mechanism can find the lowest cost plan of supply chain disruption management. |
