The rapid development of industrial clusters has become a trend, and even thegovernment has begun to support the development of industrial clusters. However, while inhigh-speed development, industrial clusters are appearing some defects, such as serious wasteof resources, high cost, low level of technology and management, lack of innovation, in shortof ideas of supply chain, postponement of information and so on. In this dissertation, thecentralized VMI&TPL (Vendor Managed Inventory&Third Part Logistic) is utilized into thecluster supply chain to integrate the industrial clusters and relieve the defects above. But theparticipation of TPL has brought some new problems, such as the operation of the centralizedVMI&TPL, the selection of transport mode, the coordination of supply chain and so on. Thedissertation focuses emphasizes on the three problems and achieves several anticipated resultsas following.Firstly, the operating mode of the centralized VMI&TPL is summed based on theexisting theoretical knowledge of the centralized VMI&TPL. On the cluster supply chain, theoperational process of the centralized VMI&TPL is established according to thecharacteristics of industry clusters and cluster supply chains. And the feasibility of the clustersupply chain based on centralized VMI&TPL is verified in the premise of an assumption.Secondly, taking a cluster supply chain based on centralized VMI&TPL consist of nsuppliers, a leader TPL and a retailer as the research object, the dissertation studies the lot sizeof both respective replenishment and cycle replenishment from suppliers when the freight costof unit product is sensitive to the quantum of carrier. In order to select the transport mode ofreplenishment, five important conclusions is given.Thirdly, the conversion mechanism about the assumption above is proposed, that is tosay an evaluation system of market share factor is put up, which can converse themany-to-many relationships between suppliers and retailers in cluster supply chain into theone-to-many relationships so that the feasibility of the cluster supply chain based oncentralized VMI&TPL is set up.Fourthly, still taking a cluster supply chain based on centralized VMI&TPL consist of n suppliers, a leader TPL and a retailer as the research object, the dissertation studies thecoordination of supply chain under stochastic demand respectively.―Revenue Sharing‖contract coordination mechanism,―Risk Sharing-Revenue Sharing‖contract coordinationmechanism and―Risk Sharing-Revenue Sharing‖contract coordination mechanism based onAsymmetric Nash Negotiation are set up successively. The result shows that only―RiskSharing-Revenue Sharing‖contract coordination mechanism based onAsymmetric NashNegotiation can achieve the coordination of the cluster supply chain based on centralizedVMI&TPL, which lead improvement to every member’s expected revenue at the same timethe revenue of the supply chain is the max.At last, taking the Electro-acoustic Specialized Town of Fengshun Guangdong as aninstance and demonstrating all the research above.
