With the advent of knowledge economy, intellectual capital has become the most important resource for Enterprise Management. Knowledge management is a organizational process in order to achieve the goals of knowledge innovation through knowledge reorganization and encouraging knowledge sharing. Its basic purpose is to use the collective wisdoms to improve businesses'ability of responsiveness and innovation. Knowledge management can unify and harmonize the different aspects of human resources in enterprises and information technology, market analysis, even business strategy, etc, sopporting the development of busines, and creating a result that the whole is greater than its parts. Knowledge management represents the new development of the role of the understanding and exploring knowledge in management and work, which way of understanding and exploration is more organic and comprehensive. For manufacturing enterprises, the company's existing stock of knowledge determines the ability of discovering markets and allocating resources companies have. The efficiency of enterprises'resources is closely related to the knowledge they pocess. Knowledge becomes the power source of the creation and consolidation of the manufacturing enterprises'self-Innovative. Therefore, how to use knowledge management to explore the founction mechanism of manufacturing enterprises'knowledge elements to independent innovation and dynamic knowledge-based innovation mechanism has important theoretical and practical significance for manufacturing enterprises and the establishment of a national innovation system.Firstly, this article has summarized and reviewed the existing syudies of knowledge management, enterprises'self-innovation dynamic mechanism, relationship between knowledge management and enterprises'self-innovation. It draws on previous research methods, thinking, systematically analyze the problems of existing studies and future development trends; According to the goal of the dissertation, it renewedly defines the meaning and role of knowledge management, types and characteristics of self-innovation, and analyzed the interaction relationship and effect between knowledge management and enterprises'self-innovation, which laid the foundation for the later study.Based on the concept of electromagnetic midfield, this article proposed the concept of knowledge field of manufacturing enterprises in independent innovation. It indicates that manufacturing enterprises are an object of knowledge field, which is involved in the field. The function of knowledge field energy can produce knowledge field power, which can give impulses to independent innovation of manufacturing enterprises. Aiming at the the shortage of the traditional classification that of knowledge management elements, the dynamic field of manufacturing enterprises in independent innovation this atticle constructs contains 18 elements of three categories, explicit dynamic field elements, invisible dynamic field elements and neutral dynamic field element; Each knowledge element can produce field energy and field power as well as the transformation of knowledge elements; Only using knowledge management to utilize knowledge elements of the transformation relations between them can produce the greatest impulses to independent innovation of manufacturing enterprises.In order to accurately grasp the knowledge elements of dynamic field, use the group eigenvalue method for a dynamic field to identify the key knowledge elements.Knowledge management continuous progress through four stages:knowledge creation and acquisition, transfer and diffusion of knowledge, knowledge sharing and management, knowledge integration and assessment providing impetus for self-Innovation in manufacturing enterprises steadily, pushing the self-innovation in manufacturing enterprises. Each element of the process plays its proper role. At the same time, through socialization, externalization, combination and internalization the elements of knowledge process of transformation presented Spiral formation of increasing in the knowledge management process, promoting the transformation and development of knowledge. Based on these two points, this article analyzed the function mechanism of knowledge elements to self-innovation in manufacturing enterprise from the perspective of both the static and dynamic ones; On this basis, it defines the knowledge-based manufacturing enterprises innovation dynamic mechanism, and analyzes its features and functions, and also establishes and studies the function, dynamic methods and dynamic mechanism mode of the four stages of dynamic mechanism in knowledge creation and acquisition, transfer and diffusion of knowledge, knowledge sharing and management, knowledge integration and assessment.This article designs the function and idea of knowledge-based dynamic mechanism of the self-innovation in manufacturing enterprises. And it established the evaluation index system according to the five aspects of knowledge creation and acquisition, transfer and diffusion of knowledge, knowledge sharing and management and knowledge integration and assessment and ability of output of independent innovation in manufacturing enterprises. It adopts the way of information entropy and the gray gray system model to evaluate and use the determined evaluation index system and theoretical model to make an empirical study on the self-innovation dynamic mechanism of enterprise A. On the one hand it verifies the accuracy of the target system and model; on the other hand, it finds out the strengths and weaknesses of the self-innovation dynamic mechanism in enterprises A to guide the further development of the construction of self-innovation dynamic mechanism using knowledge management.Finally, the dissertation proposes strategies and suggestions to upgrade knowledge-based impetus of independent innovation in manufacturing enterprise from the aspects of society, government and enterprises. From the social aspect, it is important to enhance security force, including creating the social and cultural atmosphere of knowledge-based innovation and to enhance social awareness of IPR protection; From the governmental aspect. it is mainly to improve the driving force including legislating laws and making preferential policies of innovation, improving technologies and construction of talent market and strengthening the funding and support of knowledge-based innovation; From the enterprises' aspect, it is mainly to improve automatic force including establishing enterprises' knowledge-based philosophy of innovation, making enterprises'knowledge integration strategy, forming knowledge base of independent innovation and strengthening the knowledge-based incentives of human resources.
