Research On Synergetic Development Mechanism Of Enterprise Group And Group's Higher Vocational Colleges

It's a tradition and also a tendency for enterprises to establish and conduct higher vocational colleges in the development of China's higher vocational education. It is an inevitable choice to propel the cooperation between school and enterprise in the field of vocational education and explore new ways to hold vocational education. Due to the restrain of management system, there are both advantages in enterprise group's operating higher vocational colleges and dilemma in balancing enterprise's profit and education's non-profit nature. Therefore, deep research and analysis of the synergetic mechanism of enterprise group and its higher vocational colleges is significant both to theoretical development and practice. This dissertation, supported by synergetics theory, analyzes the synergetic mechanism of enterprise group and its higher vocational colleges, based on the integrated application of management, economics and system theory. The main points of the dissertation are listed as below:1. Based on the synergetic theory, the dissertation, with Lushang Group and its subordinate higher vocational colleges as its research target, considers enterprise group and its higher vocational colleges as a complex system by combining with system theory, to build an analysis framework of enterprise group and its higher vocational colleges.2. Based on the analyses of enterprise group and its higher vocational and synergetic and management theory, the dissertation analyzes the synergetic mechanism and constructs the synergetic development model of enterprise group and its higher vocational education from views of macro, meso and micro levels and six dimensions of strategy synergetic, culture synergetic, resource synergetic, management synergetic, technology innovation synergetic and college alliance synergetic.3. Based on the related theory research, the dissertation constructs the evaluation system of the synergetic development of enterprise group and its higher vocational colleges and the evaluation model by using the method of AHP, entropy and grey relation analysis. Finally, the dissertation, with Lushang Group as a case, evaluates its development and points out its deficiency. Measures and advices are put forward to improve the synergetic development of enterprise and its higher vocational education in line with the research result.
