Researches On The Beijing-Shijiazhuang Freeway's Effect On The Economic And Social Development Of Hebei Province

As Chinese economic fast development, the condition and network of our traffic transport are being increasingly improved. All kinds of traffics have become the pattern of enhancing individual priority and mutual competition and cooperation, shaped three-dimensional traffic network and accelerated the nation economic development. It is evident that the freeway influences on the national and district economy. The construction of the freeway network is more and more being emphasized. However, along with intensive competition with all types of the traffics, especially the fast development of high-speed railways and aviations, the people's new choice to the travel methods effects on the freeway characteristic and objective recognition on the freeways. Hebei province faces above problems, too. The Beijing-Shijianzhuang freeway was the first in Hebei province. From then to 2009, the freeway open mileage of Hebei province has been up to 3300 kilometer, the fifth all over the country, which density is up to 1.7 kilometer per hundred square kilometer, near to the French and Japan level. The Beijing-Shijianzhuang freeway's development has caused social high attention.This paper analyses on basic theories about freeway and district economic relation and characteristic and uptrend of the Hebei province traffic development, especial freeways. The outstanding feature and development goal of Hebei province economy is reseached. The important demonstration analysis on the Beijing-Shijianzhuang freeway construction's and operation's influence on the district economy has been done. The inner relation and feature between freeway and district economy according to scientific development idea are deeply analysed. The suggestions and coutermeasures on Hebei province'traffic and social economic development are made. The above researches and suggestions would provide the making-decision references with improving the corresponding development of Hebei province traffic and social economy, and constructing the Hebei province into one of the greatest coastal economic provionces in China.
