The Institution Innovation Under The Frame Of Economic Philosophy

Since great achievements have been achieved since the reforming and opening up to the outside world, china, a socialist country is standing loftily on the oriental world. More than thirty years reform starts from a great institution innovation, and it also gives impulse to make socialist planned economy become socialist market economy, causing the change of economic institution. Institution innovation plays an important role in this historical change. In viewing of this, a good many research have been finished carefully and many achievements have been reached in many social scientific fields by China's academic field. However, there are not many publications consider and study them from the point of Marxist philosophy. Therefore, this thesis attempts to treat the institution innovation as a single philosophical research object so that it is hoped to find a relatively common theory of institution innovation.The essential attempt of innovation in this thesis, is to abstract the institution innovation from every single research subject so as to form a comparatively fresh institution innovation theory. In this thesis, the institution innovation is regarded as a relatively dependent institution, and its internal principal part, power, implementary rule, as well as its external environment, principle and model are both analyzed in it. The institution innovation is a dynamic institution. When it needs running, it requires the main part to fulfill it. As for the main part, it can be divided into such groups as people (individual), the interest group (organization) and government (country). On one hand, these various groups posses respectively its advantages and disadvantages when innovating certain institution. On the other hand, they are connecting closely and complementary with each. The startup and run of the institution innovation demand a set of power institution, the basic power of which is the essential contradiction of the society, the direct drive is the external implicit profit, the accelerator is the scientific innovation, and the rational drive is the theoretical innovation. A highly efficient running institution innovation needs the implement institution as well. And, it is very necessary to enhance coat of breaking an agreement if the institution innovation wants to be improved too. The institution innovation is a open institution. Because the situation of the institution determines its space and boundary, it is of determinative significance for the breakthrough of institution innovation to change and improve the environment of institution. As an objective filed work, institution innovation bears its own objectivity and history. By discussing its historical rule and experience, we can illicit certain ordinary discipline and model, the research and understanding of which will improve the accuracy and maneuverability.During this research, holding the Marxist philosophy as crucial instrument, we absorb widely from varieties of subjects, specifically, the instructive fruit of the institution economics, and the philosophical reflection and generalization for institution innovation. However, due to the limited capacity of the author, this thesis still has certain deficiency in both the generalization and analysis. Therefore, much work are needed as well for the further improvement of this thesis.
