The Affect Of Vicissitude Of Enterprise' Institution In China By Institution Surroundings

The author analyzes the problem in vicissitude of enterprise' institution by the method of institution economics. First,the author introduces several pattern of vicissitude and the generalization effection by institution surroudings. Then,the author establishes a model of vicissitude of enterprise' institution under the power ideologic institution surroundings and analyzes the course of vicissitude before Reform. Futher more the author detailedly discusses the new changes on institution surroudings and pattern of vicissitude after the Reform. In the last,the article puts forward several suggestions.The chief point :(1) It will be no efficient when the government act as the sponsor of the vicissitude of enterprise' institution. Because it will bring more information cost,proxy cost and risk cost,and it's goal also diverges from the enterprise' efficent goal. (2)Under the power ideologic institution surroundings,the government guided the vicissitude. And it caused lots of loss of efficiency in China before the Reform.(3)After the Reform, the pattern of vicissitude was changed as the power ideologic institution surroundings collapsed. The enterprise' sponsor acted more and more importantly in the vicissitude. And the course of the vicissitude was more efficiet too.
