Integrity is known as the foundation stone in the development of market economy. However, as the rapid development of our national economy, the integrity lack of enterprises is escalating, caused widespread concern of the people from all walks of life. As social basic economic organizations, the integrity level of enterprises determines the integrity level of the whole society. The frequent emergence of the integrity lack of enterprises caused huge losses to our country economy development and people’s life, and also increases the transaction cost of economy, reduces the efficiency of economy, seriously hinders the healthy development of the market economy in our country. The integrity management is a basic principle in our market economy. Because of the changes of economic system in our country, there is a lack of law construction in our economic system. So a great number of enterprises choose to be lacking of integrity to win illegal profit in the short term.This essay borrows the fruit of the some research from the pioneers and is in accordance with the pattern "Put forward the question--Analysis of problems solution to the problem". Firstly points out the perfect enterprise integrity system are the key to solve the problem of the faithless of the enterprise. Then using the system economics analysis framework of enterprise credit system is analyzed in institution economics. Finally shows out the import of law-based integrity.This article aims to research on the rule of integrity of enterprise and divides its into two parts--formal institution of the lack of integrity of enterprise and the informal institution of the lack of integrity of enterprise. To use the utility maximization model of the integrity return of the enterprise and the faithless return of the enterprise to research on the problem. On the analysis implementation mechanism of the formal institution of enterprise integrity and the informal institution of enterprise integrity, separately uses the mixed strategy Nash equilibrium in the complete information static game and reputation mechanism to carry on the concrete analysis. When discussing the efficiency of the implementation of enterprise’s integrity, we conclude that the formal institution of enterprise integrity has more efficiency than the informal institution of enterprise integrity.Therefore, this paper argues that we should through building tougher faithless punishment mechanism; establishing the information disclosure mechanism of enterprise’s integrity and strengthening the supervision of enterprises to make the institution of enterprise integrity more efficient.
