The shipbuilding industruy and the logistics server industry have been included in the promotion planning of ten industries in the future in China, which shows obviously that the shipbuilding industruy and the logistics server industry have the huge diffusion effect and the comprehensive social effect on the entire national economy. The collaborative logistics network faced on shipbuilding connects and stretches across these two industries, and it is significant to promote the order development of the two industries. In order to display the logistics server's serve docking and the synchronization synergism to shipbuilding, the paper takes the collaborative logistics network faced on shipbuilding as the research object and takes its resource optimization as research content, then has launched the deep research.The purpose of this paper is the research on the resource optimization of the collaborative logistics network faced on shipbuilding in the big background of the main support to the shipbuilding industry and the logistics server industry, in order to realize the entire optimization of the network resource, and promote the order operation of the entire network system. Based on this, the general thinking of this paper is:on the basis of the analysis of the shipbuilding's characteristic and the connotation of the collaborative logistics network, this paper conducts the deep research to the operation mechanism and the system cooperation's degree of order of the collaborative logistics network faced on shipbuilding. Then based on this, the paper constructs the resource optimization system of the collaborative logistics network faced on shipbuilding, and analyzes the core constituents of the resource optimization system, in order to realize the whole of the resource optimization system to be most superior through the flow link's optimization accumulation.The research content of the paper is in the newest research front of this domain, and is the systematic continual research for the first time at home and abroad on the resource optimization of the collaborative logistics network faced on shipbuilding. Thus, the reaserch of this paper has the important theoretical significance and the realistic directive significance. The main research content is as follows:First, the paper analyzes and summarizes the research results of the scholars at home and abroad about the resource optimization of the collaborative logistics network, then proposes the scientific question about the resource optimization of the collaborative logistics network faced on shipbuilding, and elaborates the general thinking, the research content and the structure system. Based on this, this paper constructs the corresponding technical route and the corresponding research method.Second, on the basis of the outline of the shipbuilding and the collaborative logistics network, this paper makes use of the thought of the system and the dynamic evolution, then carries the theory research on the system evolution, the operation mechanism and the measure of the degree of order of the collaborative logistics network faced on shipbuilding.Third, the paper confirms the resource constitution and its function characteristic of the collaborative logistics network faced on shipbuilding, and analyzes the resource control object. On the basis, this paper proposes the resource optimization system of the collaborative logistics network faced on shipbuilding, and elaborates the connotation of the resources optimization of the collaborative logistics network faced on shipbuilding.Fourth, in view of the uncertainty and the progress deviation which exists in the resource planning of the the collaborative logistics network faced on shipbuilding, the paper carries on the simulation optimization in order to realize the effective control. Simultaneously, the paper makes use of the effective mathematical method to carry on the reliability assessment to the implementation progress of the plan, which provides the reliable support basis to the adjustment optimizationof the resource plan.Fifth, this paper puts research on the resource demand of the logistics working package in the process of the shipbuilding, then proposes the resource acquisition of the the collaborative logistics network faced on shipbuilding, and carries on the process analysis of the core resource of the resource acquisition. In view of the alternative resource object collection of the resource discovery, this paper carries on the resource optimization choice, in order to provide the better decision support to resource match.Finally, on the basis of the elaboration of the resource integration's main contents and the correlation steps of the collaborative logistics network faced on shipbuilding, the paper makes clear the resource preparing's essential status in the resource integration, and describes the related questions of the resource preparing, then proposes the cooperation mechanism model of the resource optimization preparing, which safeguardes the effective resource integration's realization.
