Research On The Collaborative Development Of Cross-border E-commerce And Logistics

With the advocacy of "The Belt and Road" policy and the development of economic globalization,the development of China's foreign economic trade is also gradually becoming more and more mature.With the increasing improvement of people's living quality and consumption level,the products and services in the domestic market can no longer meet the needs of consumers for individualization and diversification.More and more consumers and enterprises in order to expand the market are turning their eyes to overseas markets.With the help of Internet technology,enterprises and consumers in foreign markets are connected and exchanged through electronic commerce.Therefore,in recent years,China's cross-border e-commerce is still showing a trend of rapid development in the context of sluggish international trade,which also promotes the growth and development of China's logistics industry.In recent years,in order to adapt to the rapid development of e-commerce and meet the needs of the market,the logistics industry and the government are also increasing the improvement of infrastructure and services.However,due to the newer model of cross-border e-commerce and its special nature,the logistics industry is still facing a severe test.At the stage of immature logistics development,low level of informatization and lack of relevant policies,the logistics industry can not match the development of cross-border e-commerce.With the increasing market demand,the coordinated development of cross-border e-commerce and logistics is particularly important.Firstly,based on the theory of composite system and synergetics,this paper constructed the model of cross-border e-commerce and logistics synergy development.And the evaluation index system is determined from three aspects: development scale,development potential and development basis.Secondly,in order to reveal the realization mechanism of cross-border e-commerce and logistics cooperative development from the micro-level,this paper based on evolutionary game theory to analyze the dynamic evolution path of cross-border e-commerce and logistics synergic competition and the inherent mechanism of synergetic development.Thirdly,this paper collected relevant data of cross-border e-commerce and logistics in Henan province from 2011 to 2017,and screened relevant data indicators through grey relational analysis.This paper calculated the order degree of cross-border e-commerce subsystem and logistics subsystem in Henan Province and the synergy degree of the composite system by using the synergy degree model.The results show that from 2011 to 2017,the order degree of the subsystem of cross-border e-commerce in Henan province increased and decreased,while the order degree of the logistics subsystem has maintained a growing state.Their synergy has increased and decreased,and the highest value only reached 0.3 in 2017.This data shows that the development of cross-border e-commerce and logistics in Henan Province is still in a low degree of synergy,and there is a lack of synergy between them.Therefore,in order to improve the level of synergetic development of cross-border e-commerce and logistics in Henan Province,enterprises can build and integrate platforms to share resources and information among multi-stakeholders such as enterprises,consumers,third-party institutions and governments.At the same time,enterprises need to integrate business,optimize the process,so that each link seamlessly docking.The government can strengthen policy guidance,establish regulatory mechanism and strengthen supervision to promote the healthy and standardized development of the market.In order to make up for the shortage of high-quality talents in the industry,the government can establish and improve the talent support system of cross-border e-commerce and logistics.The level of synergetic development requires not only the orderly development of subsystems,but also their mutual help and cooperation in many aspects such as structure and function.
