Collaborative logistics is a type of modern logistics model bases on collaborative theory, which combines relative individual enterprises into forming an open and flexible logistic network by means of consolidating resource and information to realize holistic economy on large scale and come to utmost lower cost and enhance efficiency. Collaborative logistics provide a new method for solving current existing problem in logistic firms so that it's sure to highly facilitate the development of Chinese economy and society.Firstly, a special collaborative logistic network is established based on the collaborative logistic framework. Secondly, considering the logistic volume fluctuate along with the time axis, a mathematic model is setup to reflect the total resource demands of the network for the purpose of minimizing unitary cost. Then an initial solution is figured out using k-means algorithm, and moreover, a tabu-search algorithm is designed to improve the initial solution. Some numerical test is proposed to show the validity and feasibility of our algorithm.In next scenario, scheduling plan for transportation in implementation of collaborative logistic network is studied. Backhaul and task due time are considered to establish mathematic model. Some significant influencing factors are considered in objective function, such as vehicle fixed cost, transportation cost, storage and punishment cost storage cost for delay of service. A genetic algorithm combine with tabu search is proposed to solve this problem based on Sweep method in order to improve quality of solutions. Compared several numerical tests in varied scales and position of points, the result shows that our hybrid genetic algorithm is feasible and effective.
