Collaborative Purchasing Management Of Shipbuilding Enterprises In The Modern Shipbuilding Mode

In recent years, shipping market presents a sign of continuous downturn in China.Shipping industry enters the period of transformation. Shipbuilding enterprises aretrying to change into the modern shipbuilding mode that could enhance enterprise’score competitive ability. In the modern shipbuilding mode, it is final assembly thatshipbuilding enterprises take as the leading. Meanwhile, as the preparation ofproduction activities, the efficiency of purchase directly affects the corecompetitiveness.As a new purchasing pattern, collaborative purchasing is involved to completethe common goals through better collaboration between purchasing department andall partners. The core of the collaborative purchasing is synergy, and synergy will beachieved between enterprise interior and exterior in strategy, business, standard andinformation through synergy implemented into total process of purchasing activities.And those also ensure efficiency improved, cost reduced, cooperation betweenenterprise and supplier realized.Mainly research of this paper is the application of collaborative purchasing in themodern shipbuilding mode. After analyzing the necessity of collaborative purchasingmanagement and the participants of collaborative purchasing activities in the modernshipbuilding mode, the contents of collaborative purchasing are divided into strategysynergy, business synergy, standard collaboration and information synergy based frommanagement to execution. Then from each of the four aspects, this paper conduct astudy on the collaborative management, and construct the shipbuilding enterprisespurchasing management system. The main research contents and the results are asfollows:1、From the aspect of business synergy, it focus on collaborative purchaseplanning process, and process improvement.2、From the aspect of strategy synergy, based on the analysis of the relationshipbetween purchasing subject, it expounds the importance of evaluation and selection ofpartner and distribution of interests respectively in collaborative purchasing,established the index system of supplier selection and evaluation in shipbuildingenterprises, selected the Analytic Network Process as supplier selection method. After analyzing the influence factors of distribution of interests of collaborative purchasing,then it use the corrected Shapley value method that joined the influence factors for thedistribution of interests.3、From the aspect of standard collaboration and information synergy, based onthe information synergy as the method, standard synergy for the foundation tocollaboration, it build collaborative purchasing platform. Finally the author calculatedcollaborative degree between different partners and shipbuilding enterprise by usingmodel of sequence degree and system collaborative model. The author points out thatcollaborative degree can reflect collaboration cleanly, and can be used for improvingenterprises’ collaborative relationships.
