Research On The Coupling Mechanism And Synergy Optimization Between Medern Logistics And New Retail

With the vigorous development of information technology,China’s new retail market is increasingly prosperous,and the demand for modern logistics is becoming higher and higher.The relationship between new retail and modern logistics is closely related.The two factors are mutual influence and common prosperity.However,there is an insurmountable problem between modern logistics and new retail.Compared with new retail,modern logistics develops slowly,which restricts the development of new retail.There is an obvious disharmony between them.This disharmony is particularly prominent when the output value of new retail increases greatly in the short term.Therefore,the deep integration of modern logistics and new retail is not only an inevitable requirement to enhance the competitiveness of new retail industry,but also an important breakthrough to promote the development of modern logistics.Firstly,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of synergy degree between modern logistics and new retail through literature research,collects the relevant data of modern logistics and new retail in China from 2010 to 2016,and evaluates the synergy degree quantitatively by using grey relational theory and synergy degree model.The results show that the two synergies are synergistic.The results show that the degree of synergy is positively correlated with the degree of modern logistics order and the degree of new retail order,and is influenced by both of them.On the basis of BP neural network,the synergy degree of modern logistics and new retail system is predicted in the next few years.Finally,the influence of the change of the average annual growth rate of the order parameters of modern logistics and new retail system on the synergy of the composite system is studied.The results show that information technology service income,transportation and storage industry employees,large data market size,intelligent express cabinet Market size,intelligent express cabinet delivery group number and other indicators have a greater impact on the improvement of the composite system synergy.In order to realize the deep integration of modern logistics and new retail,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the coordinated development of modern logistics and new retail from the aspects of information construction,infrastructure construction,personnel training,policies and regulations.
