Research On Information Coordination And The Application Of Agent In Supply Chain

With the economic competition hotting up visibly and the development of information technology, it will enhance the competitive advantage of the whole if enterprises in the supply chain could form a harmony relationship of sharing information, risks and benefit. Information coordination is the core of supply chain coordination.The former is also a nessesary condition to realize the latter. The researches of information coordination can promote the information communication in the supply chain, and provide reference to the enterprise informatization. The dissertation therefore goes deep into the problem of information coordination in order fulfillment process in supply chain.The main contents could be summarized as follows:Firstly, a framework of information coordination in supply chain was proposed. It is conbined with theory of system and ideology of synergetics and consists of two components. One is the compartmentalization of information coordination; the other is the essentials of information coordination. According to the aim and the restrictions in order fulfillment process, the types of information and the mode of information movement inside and outside the enterprises in information coordination were discussed from the information need of the core manufacturing enterprise.Secondly, multi-agent-based model for information coordination in supply chain was established and simulated. The multi-agent-based framework of information coordination conbined with order fulfillment process was proposed according to the means of system analysis oriented to agent. Function agents were described using arithmetic. The model that describes the interaction among agents was put forward. Then a simulation model was established adopting the platform of Swarm and information coordination was simulated and analyzed.Thirdly, the mode of achieveing information coordination in supply chain was brought forward, and the realization of it based on multi-agent technology was elaborated. The realization model of information coordination in order fulfillment process in supply chain devides the course of implementation into three levels and four phases according to the compartmentalization of information coordination. The mode of achieveing information coordination outside the enterprise was established. The system structure of information coordination in supply chain based on multi-agent technology was founded. The integration of application system inside and outside the enterprise was discussed.Fourthly, the mechanism of information coordination in supply chain was designed in terms of an analysis frame. The mechanism based on contract and cooperation and the incentive mechanism of information coordination in supply chain were set forth aiming at social factors that affect information coordination. The mechanism based on flow improving of information coordination in supply chain was raised aiming at technical factors that affect information coordination.
