Distributed Manufacturing (DM) is a powerfully mode to improve competition of organizations, but the ambiguous information transfered among partners makes the cooperational method in DM is more complex than in traditional manufacturing. Job-Scheduling in Distributed Manufacturing(JSDM) is a way to solute the problem in cooperation. Researching shows that structuring information base, and making JSDM system is a suitable solution to cooperation in partners among different locals. This Dissertation focuses on the key technologies of JSDM.At first, the dissertation analyzes the differences between DM and traditional manufacturing mode, especially in how to construct information base, collect and use information in DM. Base on this, the dissertation emphasizes that constructing information base, harmony mechanism and scheduling algorithm are the key technologies in JSDM.Secondly, the dissertation proposes a new manner to descript the job in DM for consistency of job information. After analyzing job information domain in DM, the dissertation constructs an extensible hierarchical job model in tree form organized in scene tree. To adapt to the isomerous environment in DM, the dissertation designs the XML Schema to valid XML file.Thirdly, the dissertation presents a mixed hierarchical resource model with responsibilities, rights and benefits of partners in DM. The dissertation brings forward organization resource and single resource model described by tree data structure, and establishs the rules to descript the resources. The paper designs a resource XML Schema to support the isomerous environment in DM.Fourthly, the paper designs job-cheduling algorithm for caring time/cost and integration of time and cost according to the variety of job granularity, resource original loads, transportation time/carriage and cooperation, and valids the algorithm by simulating.Finally, after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of present DM platform, the article constructs an extensible job-scheduling system which there's no single point failure and difficulty to expand with P2P technology. At last the dissertation gives a software prototype of the JSDM system.
