The Program of Privacy Monologue has become a fever in city newspaper and the evening TV and broadcasting programs after it appeared on the 10th edition of Youth Daily. Youth Weekend in May, 1997. The audience from every class response strongly. They tell reporters they never met before their own experiences and vexations of their inner world. Then, the reporters diffuse these stories via words and sound on media. The earliest programs of privacy on air were topics about homosexuality and extramarital affairs from several broadcasting stations south of China. Then, some similar programs come about on air. On the internet which is more anonymous, privacy is much more thriving, e.g. personal sexual diary from Mu Zimei and naked photos from Zhuying Qingtong. Blog is another way for the masses to talk and communicate about privacies especially sexuality. The channels mentioned above provide a space in which the masses can communicate with personal affairs. Also, the stars' personal lives are exposed on media. Privacy's expanding to the media is a kind of exploring of personal space walking towards public circle. This is a private discourse practice appears in the media which are in public circle.The reasons why the topic of privacy expanding in the public circle are three aspects: the thriving of the mass culture, the development of the media industrialization and the advancing of modern science and technology. The mass culture constructs an atmosphere in which people are generous to the topic of privacy.
