Based on cooperation theory, game theory, complex network theory and artificial immune system, this thesis proposes a novel Iterated Game model on Networks (IGN), which aims to make up the insufficiency of human cooperation research and to suit the new game and cooperation behaviors in modern society. In this frame, this thesis concentrates on the evolution of strategies along with evolution of network structures and obtains innovaroty production.The mechanisms of human cooperation and altruism contribute greatly to maintaining the stabilization and promoting the progress of our society. Many evidences show that cooperation DOES exist both in modern societies and primal tribes. A great difference between human being and other animals is that, the range and depth of human cooperation exceed a great lot than all other animals. Thus, why and how human cooperation could arise and maintain becomes a very important research topic by which human can understand and comprehend itself since long long ago.Current research makes clear that social network structures affect the emergence and maintainance of human cooperation in a certain extent and the clusters consisting of cooperators help to resist the intrusion of defectors. The research content of this thesis is in the framework of reciprocal altruism and concentrate on the mutual influence of game strategies and networks structures which has done important extension and improvement to current research work. The main work and significances of this thesis includes:(1) The IGN is proposed which is an important extension and improvement for current work and game models.
