Education is a systemic project which is composed of kindergarten, family and society. To promote the healthy development of infants' body and mind, our family and kindergarten should sustain and work in with each other.The cooperation and interaction between family and kindergarten (For short CIFK hereinafter) can form the composition of forces. Following the rapid expediting of living rhythm, the deficiency of traditional CIFK unfolds increasingly. People start to look after a new form of CIFK for making up the deficiency of traditional CIFK. The flying development of network technology provides a new way of cooperation and interaction between kindergartener and genearch. Network technology makes the foundation of a genuine CIFK and realization of cooperation and interaction possible. Main tasks of the paper:① Sum up the definition and essence of CIFK and classify it. Expatiate on the need and character of CIFK.② Many foreign developed countries have invested mint money on CIFK in seventies of seventeenth century. Based on some successful cases of these countries, generalize its status quo in our country and the deficiency and misinterpret of traditional CIFK. Combined learning type of organization and CIFK and raise an idea of CIFK based on network.③ Analyses the feasibility of this problem task and set down the research plan. Expatiate on 4 bases in theory: the conception of Big Education, the theory of process-oriented appraisement, the theory of taking the initiative in making acquaintances with CIFK, the theory of ecology of human development and Self-concept.④ Raise 2 research angles of view about the network platform development and design of CIFK: Electronic Portfolio and Educational Narrative. Finish designing the platform generally directed by the tenet of network platform development of CIFK.⑤ Connect collaborator-a kindergarten in Pudong New Area and Put the accomplished platform into use. During the process of using, collect cases in succession. After 3 months' probation, develop several questionnaire investigations aiming at the experimental objects. After analyzing cases and questionnaires, sum up the ways, strategies and principles of CIFK based on network. Conclude the mode of CIFK based on network.The paper is on the basis of high cooperation with teachers and genearch of the cooperative kindergarten. During the experience in cooperative kindergarten, I did some field survey , made some interviews with relative teachers and genearch. All these accumulation provided valuable ideas and rich reference materials to me and contributed to the feasibility of this problem task, platform's design and development, demonstration and analyses.
