Cooperation Of Media Group Between China And Russia In The Context Of Strategic Partners

This paper is a chapter of the project of the National Social Science Fund of the tutor,"Research on media cooperation in the context of China and Russia strategic partners".It can be seen from the historical development and reality comparison of the relations between China and Russia,The relations between the two countries are in an important period of high level and high quality.China and Russia are two neighboring countries in the world.Historically,China and Russia have a common political culture and common development process,which provides possibility for cooperation between the two countries.peace and development as the theme of the contemporary world,the two countries play an important role in promoting the development of the world while seeking their own development.The common mission laid the foundation for the cooperation between the two countries.In today's world,the Western camp,led by the United States,holds the mainstream discourse power in the world through its powerful media strength,and has absolute public opinion hegemony in the fields of international politics,economy and culture.If China and Russia's media groups can cooperate each other,they can effectively resist the pressure from the Western camp and contribute to the democratization of the international relations and multi polarization of the world,consolidate the bilateral relations and ensure peace and stability in the Asia Pacific region.Therefore,china and Russia's media group cooperation is of positive significance to both the development of the two countries or to the development of the region and the international community.This paper will discuss the three parts of the cooperation basis of China and Russia's media group,cooperation method and path,cooperation content and goal.The first chapter “ the cooperation basis of China and Russia's media group”begins with the development of the media groups in the two countries,to clarify the causes of the development of the china and Russia's media group and to comb the course of its development,compare and analyse the differences and similarities in the development process of the two country's media groups,the political basis,theeconomic basis and the media system foundation of the cooperation are explored.The second chapter "the content and goal of the cooperation between the media groups of the two countries",the content of cooperation will be discussed in the perspective of newspaper group and radio and television group,based on the various documents of bilateral cooperation to analyzes the objectives of the cooperation between the two media groups.The third chapter "the method and path of the cooperation between the media groups of the two countries",from four aspects of cooperation platform,policy,discourse power and timing of cooperation,the feasibility of media cooperation between two countries is discussed,the method and path of the cooperation between the two media groups from various angles of business and management to demonstrate.In the context of the growing strategic partnership between China and Russia,the media group cooperation between China and Russia is more necessary and important.The main content of this paper is the three chapters.Based on the analysis of a large number of documents,we also pay attention to the comparison of similar documents,so as to find out the related issues of two country's media group cooperation.
