Development actuality and trend of locomotive Dispatching system in mine has been introduced in this paper. Then, origin and of Petri net has been introduced. Locomotive transportation control system in mine is a kind of typical discrete event system. It is helpful to analyze correctness and safety of dispatching and interlocking process by building a model using some modeling method for discrete event systems. Modeling process of dispatching and interlocking based on Petri net has been stressed expatiated. A simulating system project which is for KJ15a has been brought forward.Work in this paper:1) Dispatching system has been introduced. Then, meaning of using dispatching system has been summed up. Development actuality and trend of locomotive Dispatching system in mine has been mentioned. Petri net and it's history has been introduced.2) Important part of Petri net theory has been introduced in this paper.3) Basic rules of dispatching and interlocking are analyzed. The colored Petri net is used for modeling. In the process of modeling, places and transitions are colored, and some mistakes, such as moving into an error segment or intruding into a red-light's area in its assignment, are described by combining inhibit-combination arc with locomotive's reaching and passing information inputted from outside. Different control modes are established to suit distinct cases of locking and unlocking. In the end, the whole model of dispatching and interlocking process based on Petri net is offered.4) A simulating system project which is for KJ15a has been brought forward. It would be supported for simulating based on Petri net in the next step.
