With the rapid development of electronic information technology, the modern battlefield will be the information technology, intelligence, precision battlefield.Since its inception, gun has been an important means of fighting fire in the war; gun motion parameters include a horizontaland and pitch angle, while the error of turret motion parameters directly affects the hit rate of the artillery and combat capability. Since the two Synchro function in a wide temperature, humidity, vibration and shock environment under the conditions of work, and therefore in angle servo drive control system often using synchro angular displacement of the completion of testing, transmission, reception and transformation functions; while Synchro turret movement parameters measured has a mechanical error, so the need for in carrying out their intelligence, to reduce the measurement error of motion parameters turret size. So, improving the intelligent of synchro can improve the measurement accuracy of turret motion parameters and improve the hit rate of the artillery,has great significance on China's national defense construction.Since the synchro's output signal is related to three-way time-varying signals, signal acquisition must be carried out; and rotation angle calculation and excitation voltage and three-phase output voltage values are directly related, which need to digital solver. This completed the Synchro Digital Solution circuit hardware design, and specifically describes the sensor's digital, non-linear calibration, temperature compensation, parameter storage, and hardware, anti-jamming measures to achieve aspects of intelligent design.Then, give key algorithm in software development: non-linear correction based on least-squares method, neural network and genetic neural network,temperature compensation based on neural network,and the design of transducer electronic data sheet, and gives them examples of software simulation and emulation.
