In an ever changing and ever increasingly competitive market environment, virtual enterprise has been gradually becoming a main corporate operating model. In order to mass the resources from different sources and respond to the market change quickly, more and more enterprises are beginning to form virtual enterprises with other firms. In this way they can also take on the investment risks together. Information system is the very foundation for the virtual enterprises to achieve a highly effective operation, but presently the related technology concerning the virtual enterprise information system cannot satisfy the needs of the users. Aiming at this situation, this dissertation, from the aspects of system framework, model building, algorithms, and so on, respectively studies part of the key technology of the virtual enterprises information system. Its main contents and research results are as follows: (1) It researches the architecture of virtual enterprise, puts forward an architecture of virtual enterprise information system based upon Web services and OAGIS, which can be employed to deal with the integrated difficulties, caused by different locations, different structures, and the describing discrepancies of business information, occuring among the information systems of the virtual enterprise group members. On top of this, it studies some of the technology to realize this system structure, mainly including the binding of business partners' files and SOAP messages, the realization of security and operationability of Web services. (2)It researches the modeling of virtual enterprise information system, puts forward an model architecture of virtual enterprise information system and its building method, which can be employed to guide the model building work in the virtual enterprise information system development process. Considering the phases of analysis, design, and implementation in the virtual enterprise information system development process, it provides a comprehensive description of virtual enterprise information system for the development personnel from the perspective of organization model, information model, business process model, functional model, interface model, interaction model, Web services allocation process model, binding model, and deployment model. (3) It researches the correctness checking method of the calling flow of virtual enterprise information system, Based upon model inspection technology, it puts forward a method to test the correctness of the process model, which can be used to deal with the correctness test issue of Web services allocation process model. In accordance with the characteristics of Web services allocation process, it offers the correctness test index of the process model and presents the model logic formula describing the test index. Furthermore, it offers the method steps of testing the correctness of the process model based upon the theory of HAA automatic machine and two-person game algorithm. (4) It researches the member chosing of virtual enterprise, puts forward a selecting method of virtual enterprise group members based upon the ant algorithm, which can be used to deal with the issue of selecting virtual enterprise group members under the condition of multi optimization objects. Then it presents the realization steps of the algorithm and examines some real cases. (5) It researches the task assignment of virtual enterprise, puts forward a production management and allocation method based upon the bee crowd algorithm, which can be employed to deal with the issue of dynamic management and allocation of production among the agile organization units. On top of this, it offers the realization steps of the algorithm and examines some real cases.
