Research On Architecture And Key Technologies Of Information System Of Virtual Enterprise Based On P2P

Market competence has been increasing. The update of products and innovation of technology has been accelerated. The manufacturing globalization has arisen. Therefore, Enterprises are under the pressure of shortening the cycle of product delivery, reducing cost and improving service and quality. It is such a challenge that enterprises need a new production mode to adapt to the constantly changes of the market. The virtual enterprise is one of effective approaches to solve the referring problems. Virtual enterprises exist the geographical diversity and heterogeneousness between operation platform and application system. A steady, fast, and effective platform or tunnel is required among information exchange during creation and operation of virtual enterprise. Consequently, information system of virtual enterprise is studied, which is based on P2P (Peer to Peer) technology. First, the concept, characteristics, and application of P2P technology and virtual enterprise are discussed. The demand for information system of virtual enterprise is also discussed. Based on the research of P2P model and virtual enterprise operation model, information system architecture of virtual enterprise is established. The architecture includes network model, structure system, function system and technology system.Then, the technology framework of virtual enterprise information system is established. Some key technologies are researched. The decision process of selecting partner of virtual enterprise is analyzed; the evaluation system of partner selection is built; and AHP is used to optimize partner selection. The implement mechanism of information exchange has been proposed, which is based on multi-agent and Web Service technology between inside and outside partners. Data exchange criterion of virtual enterprise has been proposed, which is based on XML technology. Information safety mechanism of virtual enterprise has been proposed, which is based on XML sign and XML encryption.Finally, based on the research of the 10th Five-Year national key technologies R&D program: E-Manufactory Platform(2001BA201A06) and the 10th Five-Year key R&D program in Manufacturing information system at Chongqing city: The demonstration enterprise information application project in Jiangjin Turbocharger Plant(6901-01), the feasibility of virtual enterprise information system based on P2P and its key technologies is proved.
