With the coming of information era, the technique of secrecy will be more and more important to people. Now the noise disturbing technique is mostly applied to some of the military facilities, such as radar, missile and aeroplane with high frequency and wide band. The noise disturbing technique in acoustic frequency is seldom to be researched. In this article, a sample is manufactured and accepted successfully based on discussions and experiments. At first, the applications of indirect audio disturbance in world are summarized in this paper, and then the conclusions are gotten, that the traditional electromagnetic theory can't realize the task of audio disturbance and the key point is transmission of low frequency. According to the relevant data, two available transmission methods are put forward, they are piezoceramics and electromagnetic Pulse. It provides the warranty for design and realization of disturbance equipment in theory. On the basis of the disturbed object, which is acoustic sensor, many characters of electret capacitive sensor are analyzed on emphasis. It also provides the warranty to check up the disturbance equipment sample. In order to meet the requirements of consumer, which the saturated signal from acoustic sensor couldn't be renewed any more, two kinds of noise sources are adopted according to the conception of entropy function. Simultaneously the methods of parameters optimization and multi-modulation modes, especially M pseudo-random sequence, are also applied in this paper. So the ruleless signal of modulated noise can be really realized. Finally, many designs are given including principle frame chart of the noise disturbance equipment, parts of hardware circuit and software flowchart. And the experiment results show that this mode equipment can saturate the acoustic sensor within a radius of five meters and fulfill the demands of engineering.
