With the development of computer, programmable instruments and digital signal processing, the automatic test technology of EMC has been developed significantly, both the efficiency and precision of EMC test have been increased greatly. However, the number of instrument manufacturers is numerous, and the project of EMC test is miscellaneous, the test data usually require further processing in order to meet the needs of actual test projects. Therefore developing the related test software on specific test projects and making further analysis and processing on test data have become an important direction of EMC test at present.In this paper, the electromagnetic disturbance test of EMC test is treated as the specific object. The coupling paths, the type of the electromagnetic disturbance test and the necessity of the analysis and the processing on test data are respectively analyzed. The analysis and processing on test data is the key of this paper, this is an important work which relating the success of the test. Therefore principles, method of wavelet de-nosing and the specific applications on electromagnetic disturbance test data are introduced in detail. At the same time, the test signal extraction is analyzed, including the extraction of amplitude-frequency signal point and the bandwidth. The design of database of automatic test software is related to the efficiency of test software. The database of automatic test software on electromagnetic disturbance is described in detail. Finally, the system design and the concrete implementation is given. The software has already applied to our EMC test and gains satisfied effect.
