With the development of international economical market, the integration, agility andconcurrence of the modern manufacturing system are implemented to satisfy the variety ofconsumers, that is the global agile manufacturing based on dynamic alliance is a newindustrial organizing paradigm for fitting the subsistence and improving the competition. Andaccordingly the important enabling technology for dynamic alliance, such as agile supplychain (ASC) and agile supply chain management (ASCM) are developed rapidly. Thereforethe thesis introduces the theory and technology of multi-agent into ASCM, and special interestis concentrated on the architecture and the mechanics for developing, supplier selection,coordinating mechanism and task allocation as well as some key technologies.Firstly the characteristics of ASC and multi-agent theory and technology are expounded. Thefeasibility and validity of introducing the theory and technology of multi-agent into ASC isdescribed, and on which the architecture of based on multi-agent ASCM and the method ofdeveloping for based on multi-agent ASCM is presented.Supplier selection is one of important problems of ASC. At first, the evaluation criteria frameis established systemically. And then the AHP/DEA model is presented to resolve the supplierselection issue and the relative instance is analyzed.The two coordination patterns, that is centralized coordination and distributed coordination,are presented for the cooperative agent and self-interested agent. And the main research is onthe distributed coordination. The mathematic model is put forward according to thedemand-supply problem of the single supplier and the single dealer. The optimal solution andNash equilibrium solution of the model is compared and the coordination mechanism ofbased-on contract is put forward and the relative instance is analyzed.The characteristics of the task allocation in ASC are described. And the automatic negotiationmechanism of task allocation is presented. The modified CNP and the protocol of stochasticoffer are presented as the protocol of the negotiation of task allocation. This automaticnegotiation mechanism resolves effectively the incomplete information of task allocation, andrelative negotiation algorithms are presented and the instance is analyzed.At last, the prototypic system is developed based on JADE. And it proves the feasibility andvalidity of applying the multi-agent technology to ASCM.
