With the development of society, in particular the rise of the Internet of Things, "community safety" has become the focus of growing concern, therefore, Perimeter security technology is put forward higher requirements. In this study, a new generation of perimeter intrusion prevention technology is studied, which is based on fiber fence and video surveillance. Hybrid multiplexing passive optical fiber sensing network and high definition videosurveillance system are combined perfectly, in order to improve "intelligence" of the perimeter intrusion prevention system, and the application software system is developed. The main results are as follows:(1) The software of fiber perimeter intrusion system is studied and implemented, which is based on hybrid multiplexing sensing passive optical network technology. It implements a standardized interface and multi-threaded mode, with good security, versatility and scalabe.(2) A practical method is proposed, which can identify invasion on hybrid multiplexing sensing passive optical network perimeter intrusion. The method analyzes characteristics of the sensing signal for fiber fence, designs an adaptive learning algorithm and the associated regional synchronization verification method, and can determine the invasion accurately.(3) The common standards-based network video surveillance system is studied. It is a general standard system, can be applied to the video surveillance system construction in different industries, can be compatible with the existing mainstream video surveillance system.(4) The center management software, the media record server software and the client software is studied for network video surveillance general standard system. The software has good compatibility and scalability, and can save the video data secure. In order to meet the requirements of mass data storage in various network structures, it can be set to form a distributed storage server cluster. Through the simple setup, you can easily build a large-scale, cross-regional video surveillance management platform.(5) The network video server product for network video surveillance general standard system is studied. The product has a highly efficient video coding capability and standard communication control interface, and has been applied to video surveillance project.(6) A set of fiber fence integrated with video surveillance applications is proposed. By establishing the basic data sharing mechanisms and multi-service associated software system, intelligent application system is formed with tactile and visual sensing system interaction. The program has been applied to the actual perimeter intrusion prevention projects, and achieved good results.
