Purpose:Analysis the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) of height and Obesity-associated loci and physical fitness indexs in adolescent, and discuss the feasibility of genetic factors as one part of assessment of fitness. Methods:350middle school students (male:164; female:184) aged11~19years in Chongqing. Height and Obesity-associated physical fitness indexs and Oral epithelial cells were collected, then detected single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) by MassARRAY Sequenom SNP. Results:The allele A frequency of ESR1rs543650in group of adolescent precocity was significant higher than allele A in group of normal development (P<0.05). The allele T&C frequency of COL11A1rs6692914&rsl1164719in group of development delayed were significant higher than allele in in group of normal development (P<0.05). Body fat percentage with UCP2rs66033genotype TT has significant different with genotype CC and CT(29.14±5.63vs.25.15±8.14,29.14±5.63vs.25.64±8.59, P<0.01), and with FTO rs9939609genotype AA was significant higher than genotype TT (34.20±15.25vs.25.58±7.77, P<0.05). Hip circumference with UCP2rs66033genotype TT has significant different with genotype CC(90.10±6.24vs.87.66±7.71, P<0.05). Triceps, scapular and abdomen skinfold thickness and the average of three measuring points with UCP2rs66033genotype TT were significant higher than genotype CC(21.15±6.03vs.17.88±7.09, P<0.01;22.19±12.19vs.17.19±7.79, P<0.01;26.74±10.19vs.23.03±10.41, P<0.05;23.36±7.53vs.19.37±7.97, P<0.01)and CT(21.15±6.03vs.18.20±6.90, P<0.01;22.19±12.19vs.18.00±9.10, P<0.01;26.74±10.19vs.23.45±10.21, P<0.05;23.36±7.53vs.19.88±8.02, P<0.01). The average of three measuring points skinfold thickness with LPL rs328genotype GG has significant change with genotype CC(28.05±10.42vs.20.02±7.85, P<0.05). Conclusion:Polymorphisms of ESR1rs543650and COL11A1rs6692914&rsl1164719are associated with growth and development, and UCP2rs660339,FTO rs9939609and LPL rs328may modify body fat percentage and skinfold thickness. We can bind the polymorphisms of these genes with physical fitness indexs for evaluating fitness, considering the characteristics of growth and development of adolescent.
