Human race difference and individual difference in physical fitness,sports ability and adaptability are controlled by gene polymorphism from stable heredity and genie expression.We designed three experiments to carry out the research on the heme regulation genes polymorphisms in the fields of sports science.PartⅠ.Feasibility study of ALAS2/FECH/FLVCR gene polymorphisms mighting be the genetic markers in predicting to select elite male long-distance runnersSequencing、PCR-RFLP and STR-genescan methods were used to analyze the gene polymorphisms distribution characters between 123 eltie long-distance runners and 133 undergraduates,who were Northern Han nationality of China.The results showed that the distribution frequency of≤166bp length genotype of ALAS2 gene compound repeat polymorphism was significantly highter in athletes than in controls,which suggested that≤166bp length genotype can be the genetic marker for selecting elite long-distance runners.And the FLVCR gene ATT haplotype frequency was significantly highter in male athletes than in male controls,which suggested that ATT haplotype might be the genetic marker for selecting elite male long-distance runners.PartⅡ.Feasibility study of ALAS2/FECH/FLVCR gene polymorphisms mighting be the genetic markers in predicting endurance training responseThe association study was used to explore the genetic markers for aerobic phenotypes,such as V02max,running economy,left cardiac structure and function at baseline and in response to 18-week aerobic training in 102 soldiers from Northern Han nationality of China..The results showed that the training response of running economy capacity or V02max and left cardiac structure and function parameters was associated with -252A/G、IVS3-48T/C、rsl787997、rsl7019870、rsl047881 polymorphisms in FECH and FLVCR genes,and the group with AA、TT、CG、TT、AA genotype were higher,so these genotypes might be the genetic markers in predicting endurance training response.PartⅢ.Feasibility study of ALAS2/FECH/FLVCR gene polymorphisms mighting be the genetic markers in predicting HiHiLo responseThe association study was used to explore the genetic markers for phenotype parameters,such as V02max,hematological parameters,left cardiac structure and function at baseline and in response to 4-week HiHiLo in 72 subjects from Northern Han nationality of China.The results showed that the HiHiLo response of V02max was associated with≤166bp length genotype of ALAS2 gene compound repeat polymorphism,which might be the genetic markers in predicting HiHiLo response.And FECH and FLVCR genes polymorphisms might be the genetic markers in predicting HiHiLo response in left cardiac structure and function.
